This policy explains what data The Pet Brief collects and why. We keep it to the minimum.

What we collect

• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not use cookies or track you across sites. We see totals such as page views and countries.
• Tools: the food checker, age calculator and cost calculator run entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us. The pet name you engrave on the homepage tag stays on your device.
• Email: if you join our newsletter, we store your email address to send it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Advertising and cookies

We may show ads from Google AdSense or other ad networks. These partners may use cookies to show and measure ads. Visitors in the EU, EEA and UK are asked for consent through a consent tool before any advertising cookies are set, and can change that choice at any time. Affiliate links

When you click an affiliate link, the retailer may set a cookie to credit us for the sale. See our affiliate disclosure.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
